Jay Dempsey Executive Director
Jay grew up in Knoxville and graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2006. He started with The Cross in 2016 and loves working with the Greek community at UT. His wife, Allie, teaches at Farragut Middle and has a doctorate in education. Jay loves investing in leader’s lives and give them a vision for mission to their friends and chapters.
